1. What is Soft play:
It is a play area that is made up of soft materials to allow your little one to explore in a safe space.

3. Can we set up outside: 
Yes! Weather permitting of course.

4. How long can I rent out the soft play space? 
We have 4 hour rentals. There is always an option of adding additional time. 

5. Do you deliver? 
Yes, we do! 

6. What steps are you taking to make sure soft play is COVID-19 safe? 
We are cleaning with PureGreen 24 disinfectant solution as well as steaming all our products.

7. What forms of payment do you accept? 
Venmo or Zelle

8. Do you require a deposit? 
Yes. To secure and confirm your booking we ask for a $100 non refundable deposit on the day of booking and for our Rainbow Kingdom we ask for a $150 deposit.  We take the remaining balance a week before your event date. 

9. Is there an extra charge for delivery fee? 
Yes. We base our delivery fee on distance from our main location. This fee ranges from $40-$120.
